One of the biggest myths about going after a dream is believing you have to feel something before taking a step.
That if the hair on your arm isn’t standing, the butterflies haven’t shown up, or lightning hasn’t struck, then nothing significant can happen.
The reality is - it’s actually the opposite. It’s only after you show up, after you start, and after you take a step that real inspiration appears.
The thing is - positive feelings follow practical faith. The more faith you use to move things forward, the more positive feelings you’ll have to get things done.
I know that doesn’t sound as pretty or poetic as you might’ve hoped it’d be, but building a dream rarely is.
Dream building takes an endless amount of grit, determination, and resilience - things that don’t rely on feelings to keep things going.
They rely on your trust in God, the purpose you live by, and the passion you move with to make it all happen.
So, rather than waiting on a feeling, move forward with your faith instead. It really is all you need to start moving things forward.
