When the world around you and the world within you seems to be spinning faster than you can keep up with, ask God to help slow it back down.

For most of us, we try to handle what comes our way all on our own. The thing about that is, God never said we needed to, and He for sure doesn’t want us to.

What He wants is for us to hang out with Him, tell Him what’s going on, and to trust Him with what we’ve just shared. It seems so simple right? But, for whatever reason we can easily forget He’s just a, “hey God, I could really use some help” away.

If you haven’t tried that much lately, why not give it a go? It doesn’t take a lot, it’s really just like talking with a friend. This Friend just happens to know everything, cares for you completely, and is able to do something about every single detail of your life.

The more often we go to Him, the better off we’re gonna be, cause He’ll be taking care of it all. So, whatever’s going on in your life, let Him be a part of it.

You really don’t have to hold it all together - you’ve just gotta let Him hold it all and He’ll make sure it all comes together.
